– Payment of a deposit of 30% at registration, transferable up to 15 days before the date of arrival in the event of a need to postpone the trip, if the reason of the pospponement is linked to legales restrictions on access to the countries (border closures cancellation of international flights) due to the COVID19 pandemic. The new arrival date must be a mixumim of 18 months after the originally set date for the trip.

COVID-19
Réservation without cancellation fees
EXCEPTIONAL Sale and Cancellation Conditions until 28/2/2021
For all new trip reservations, confirmed by payment of the deposit between 15 Decembre and 28 February 2021, you can cancel the total all the services booked on the itinerary with Damarana Safaris, without cancellation fees ( with the exception of the bank charges of 2,5% of the amount paid).
The motivations of this cancellation must be :
– A general travel ban by the authorities of the country of departure, transit or arrival (border closure, quarantine).
– A general situation of confinement established by governments thus preventing the smooth running of the trip.
Travel Insurance
DAMARANA SAFARIS has been able to find travel insurance for its travelers that will protect you against any type of cancellation, whatever the reason.
CHAPKA INSURANCE: their “CAP EXPLORER” formula applies to any type of trip and includes “all justified causes” cancellation insurance.

I have read the information contained in the travel offer from Damarana Safaris cc (registration number: CC / 98/1426), I fully accept the conditions of participation. I declare that I am good health and I am perfectly aware that during this trip, I may run risks inherent to the very nature of the latter (wildlife, isolation, climate…), I accept them with full knowledge of the facts. Consequently, I undertake for myself, my beneficiaries and any member of my family, not to transfer the responsibility for these risks to Damarana Safaris cc (registration number: CC / 98/1426), its guides, its local providers.
