Terms of payment

Namibia and/or South Africa Tour

. Deposit of 30% to be paid on registration,

. Balance to be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival in the country visited.

Tours taking place partly or entirely in Botswana and/or Zimbabwe and/or Mozambique

. Deposit of 30% payable on registration

. Balance to be paid no later than 60 days before date of arrival in the country visited.

Payment methods are as follows :

. online payment (visa and mastercard) on STANDARD BANK's secure Ngenius site

. direct payment by Visa, Master or American Express (2.5% surcharge on AMEX only)

. payment by bank transfer

Cancellation policy

Tours in Namibia and /or South Africa

. Cancellation after registration : 30% of total amount

. Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of total price

. Cancellation 15 days before the arrival date : 100% of total price

Tours (partially or totally) in Botswana and/or Zimbabwe and/or Mozambique

(entirety or partiality of the trip to these countries)

. Cancellation after registration : 30% of total amount

. Cancellation less than 60 days before the arrival date: 50% of total price

. Cancellation 30 days before the arrival date : 100% of total price

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is essential to take out cancellation and medical assistance cover when travelling abroad. Southern Africa is a destination where medical care is expensive and long-haul flights make repatriation difficult. Local cancellation fees are also high and cancellation policies are strictly enforced. We encourage you to take out comprehensive insurance to protect yourself as best you can.

Most travel insurance policies must be taken out within 48 hours of the deposit being paid.

I have read the information contained in the Damarana Safaris cc travel offer (registration number: CC/98/1426), I fully accept the conditions of participation. I declare that I am in good health and that I am fully aware that during this trip I may run risks inherent to the nature of the trip (wildlife, isolation, climate, etc.), which I accept with full knowledge of the facts. Consequently, I undertake, for myself, my beneficiaries and any member of my family, not to pass on responsibility for these risks to Damarana Safaris cc (registration number: CC/98/1426), its guides or local service providers.
